Water is not an issue with a series of year-round springs on the Northern edge of this property. One outpouring has made a small pond located in an open meadow area shining bright green on parcel maps from continuous irrigation. There are multiple points of access to the springs, providing an abundance of water with a road leading right to the wet meadow and thru beyond to access other areas and eventually the NE corner. A fire has come thru a few years ago and opened up forever views and building sites along the upper ridge, where sun is abundant. On a clear day one can look down to both the Hayfork Valley and into Junction City from the same building site. There are slightly overgrown clearings that can be cleaned and reopened to reveal a network of skid roads leading to gentler terrain below. Just a handful of sparsely inhabited neighboring parcels surround the land, and wide open logging properties on the way out to it, meaning you're at the pinnacle of serene remoteness. Snow in winter gives this area a fully fledged four seasons to enjoy as you see fit. Several miles of dirt access road behind a locked gate ensure privacy, and because of this showings are by appointment.
